AxcessRent is a data-driven fintech company working to democratize financial access. We tackle
the issue of underserved communities lacking adequate credit history by facilitating rent
reporting for tenants. This empowers individuals to build credit, qualify for loans, and ultimately
achieve financial freedom. Our mission is to eliminate financial barriers and create a more
inclusive financial ecosystem for everyone.
Responsibilities:
Landlord Onboarding:
○ Contact landlords and property management companies to introduce AxcessRent
services.
○ Assist with account creation and platform setup.
○ Gather necessary documentation (lease agreements, personal tenant information)
for accurate data entry and reporting.
Data Management:
○ Input lease agreements and landlord information into the AxcessRent platform.
○ Ensure data accuracy and consistency across all fields.
○ Cross-reference property ownership information with public databases for
verification.
Communication and Relationship Building:
○ Maintain clear and consistent communication with landlords and property
management companies.
○ Address any inquiries or concerns regarding rent reporting and platform usage.
○ Build and maintain positive relationships with landlords to promote long-term
partnerships.
Qualifications:
● Currently enrolled in a relevant program (e.g., Business Administration, Real Estate)
● Strong organizational and time management skills
● Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
● Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and data entry tasks
● Ability to work independently and as part of a team & quickly learn new softwares
● Passion for the housing industry and a desire to contribute to positive social impact
